I grew up in Australia where it's really common to grind down old concrete and seal it outdoors and I want to do this here. It's not exactly 'concrete polishing' as you don't go as fine to prevent slipping, but it's the same method and there's just different names (concrete grinding or honing - in Australia we just call it 'exposed concrete'.)
