This Technical Report on the Lumwana Open Pit Copper Mine (Lumwana Mine), located in the North-Western Province of the Republic of Zambia has been prepared by Barrick Gold Corporation (Barrick). The purpose of this report is to support public disclosure of Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates at the Lumwana Mine as at December 31, 2013.
